Cancellation Policy
If you cancel up to 2 weeks before the event we will refund your deposit minus 25% of the payment that has been sent to our account for administrative costs. If you cancel closer to the event we will refund your deposit (minus 25%) only if someone else registers for the same spot, and will otherwise keep enough of your deposit to cover our costs with the venue.

When to arrive

We`re going to start the registration between 1 p.m. – 2.45 p.m. on 13th of October 2009. The first gathering will start at 3 p.m.

When to depart

We`re going to finish with lunch at 1 p.m. on 18th of October 2009.
