VENUE
Palac w Oborach - palace from XVII-th century, nowadays used as a House of Creative Work for writers, situated in an old park, 20 km from Warsaw, 14 km from the international airport in Warsaw, on the border with Konstancin - small health-resort with beautiful villas, and with lots of possibilities to walk.

How to get there
There is a number of cheap airlines flying every day to Warsaw from major cities in Europe. You can check: EasyJet, Germanwings, Norwegian, Ryanair, SkyEurope, Wizz Air and Centralwings.
From capital cities of Europe it is easy to get to Warsaw by train (for instance from Berlin it takes around 6 hours) or by coach: check Eurolines. If you get to the airport you can take a taxi to Obory Palace near Konstancin. It should take approximately half an hour - forty five minutes (depends on traffic). It should cost around €35.
From a railway Central Station you can take a taxi as well. It should take approximately forty five minutes (depends on traffic). It should cost around €35.
When to arrive
We`re going to start the registration between 1 p.m. – 2.45 p.m. on 13th of October 2009. The first gathering will start at 3 p.m.
When to depart
We`re going to finish with lunch at 1 p.m. on 18th of October 2009.
